United StatesThe staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

We especially appreciated the helpful recommendations they gave us for places to visit nearby.

NetherlandsWe stopped at this hotel on our way from Pisa to Rome. Although I've stayed at places that cost 10 times more than this hotel, I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. All kinds of cleaning kits were available free of charge. The hotel was truly perfect with everything. I recommend it to everyone. It's a great place.

They did a great job at keeping everything neat and organized.
They even texted me to ask whether everything was okay and do I need anything to make my stay better.

Located between Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Sienna. A perfect location to explore the area by train, car or bus. A lovely town home to the Piaggio brand and museum. Great shops, restaurants and bars, as well as plenty of supermarkets to self cater.

Very friendly hotel owners and a large parking area for cars. It’s a bit far from major cities, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we had a car and came for the Andrea Bocelli concert.
The breakfast selection was better than in some 4-star hotels in Rome.
Unfortunately, we caused a bit of trouble by accidentally taking the key to one of the rooms when we checked out, but the issue was resolved after we reimbursed the cost.

The inside of the hotel looks like it's had a refurb. It is very clean overall and the bedding and towels are spotless. the location is good, right on the motorway so great for a night exploring the area. The receptionist did her best and the breakfast was adequate and what you would expect for the type of hotel.
