United StatesThe staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

NetherlandsWe stopped at this hotel on our way from Pisa to Rome. Although I've stayed at places that cost 10 times more than this hotel, I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. All kinds of cleaning kits were available free of charge. The hotel was truly perfect with everything. I recommend it to everyone. It's a great place.

They did a great job at keeping everything neat and organized.
They even texted me to ask whether everything was okay and do I need anything to make my stay better.

Located between Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Sienna. A perfect location to explore the area by train, car or bus. A lovely town home to the Piaggio brand and museum. Great shops, restaurants and bars, as well as plenty of supermarkets to self cater.

The staff were excellent and most helpful before and during our stay arranging taxis restaurants bookings
The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable.
Location was really good close to train station where it was easy to get to nearby tourist places.
It was close to the Vespa museum which is excellent place to visit

Close by car to places like Pisa and Lucca ~30, beach clubs ~40min, Florence 55min and many more beautiful villages around. Parking is safe on the street and you can see your car from the window. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The accommodation is well-equipped and has everything you need.

Surroundings were amazing!! Animals, country, fresh air. It’s a great place to be and experience. Shame host could speak very little English and we could understand very little Italian, but we still managed to sort out all we needed.
