The appartment we had was brand new, very spacious and very comfortable. 2 bedrooms plus livingroom, 2 bathrooms were perfect for a family of four, like us. The garden, the pool and the bar were absolutely fantastic, very well cared for. You could spend one relaxing day in the garden and go nowhere else. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast wonderful. They recommended a restaurant nearby, Manitta, very nice place and excellent food, a pleasure to have dinner in the evening there. The property is well located, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Tropea and Capo Vaticano. 15 min drive to Tropea.

We loved our stay here. Its a big countryside house in a wonderfull natural setting with subtropical vegitation, lemon and orange trees in the garden. The most important its in a peaceful area. In very tranquile zone of magic Capo Vaticano, nice to take a stroll around, lots of flowers, palm trees. If you come from the far north, as we it will be truly memorable experience. The flat has everything you need, you can cook your own food. The host Domenico speaks good English and was very kind to assist with any issue. Excellent wifi connection. The house is only 9 km away from world famous Tropea. There are many top beaches nearby Galticelli, Riaci, Spiaggia del Tono, all just a few minutes drive. Strategic location. Good to have rental car as we had (rented in Lamezia Terme airport) then you can buy fresh fruits by the roads. I recommend this place!

Great location right near the Main Street however very quiet at night. The facilities were ultra modern and had everything we need including fantastic air conditioning, clean kitchenette and modern bathrooms. They accommodated us easily with a 3 month old baby. Thank you Maria, we will visit again.

In the end, we’re so glad we stayed! Luisa took care of us every single day—bringing fresh eggs, olive oil, and homemade limoncello, offering to look after our dog, and giving great local tips on where to go. She checked in daily to make sure we were having a stress-free and enjoyable stay. The house itself is lovely: three bedrooms upstairs (all with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large smart TV and two comfortable sofas, plus a washing machine. The large patio has a big table and chairs—perfect for meals outdoors. The shared spa area includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, another kitchen, a toilet, and a patio with sun loungers. It’s shared with other guests but still feels very private and relaxing. Luisa lives in the house next door, which makes it easy to reach her if needed.

Wonderful helpful hosts, we received delicious vegetables from the garden, we felt really taken care of. Good location, walking distance to a lovely beach, about 15 to 20 minutes. Good for families. Would definitely recommend!
