The place is brand new with quality finishing and tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture. Very quiet, good a/c system (very important especially during the heat wave this summer). good breakfast. Right outside of the highway but no noise because of the very good insulation from the windows. great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle at a good price. Right outside of Carcare, a little town, we ate Hostaria Pinocchio and had an amazing meal for a very cheap price. Ee were coming from a France vacation where all restaurants we found in comparison were very expensive and the food definitely not impressive. I would definitely go back.

It is located at the top of mountain in a small town that’s focused on art and culture. The hotel is owned by a fabulous couple which love to cook and entertain, they’re both warm people and super nice, we had a great time and definitely will be back soon.

Al Biancospino is centrally located in the beautiful little ‘village of roses’, Bossolasco. When you stay at Al Biancospino, you feel like a resident. Our accommodation was a small private apartment with balcony. Al Biancospino is also likely the finest restaurant in town. Chef and owner. Allochis Danilo, warmly welcomed us, checked us in, and served us an elegant gourmet dinner, as well as, a very nice breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful and very clean, comfortable bed. I slept like a princess! In the morning, the owner offered me breakfast, even if not included. There is a lift too! I was impressed by everything! Thank you!

The rooms are simple, but extremely clean and comfortable (and quite large!). We had a lovely balcony with an amazing view of the Alps. It might have been the fact that we visited in early March, but the place was nice and quiet (wonderful for a light sleeper like myself). I truly appreciated that we had plenty of pillows in the room, and didn't have to ask. The staff behind the bar and Olga at the reception are so lovely and friendly and helpful--we felt extremely comfortable and welcome. The location in the center of Monforte is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
