It was STUNNING! We were planning on going to Rome for our last day in Italy, but found this place and boycotted the whole day in Rome. Instead we had the most relaxing day, the spa is beautiful and the property is breathtaking. The restaurant is great too! Honestly could not fault anything. And the bed is SO comfortable. The perfect end to our trip.

Poggio delle Molare A gem of a retreat Our experience started with an incredibly warm welcome from Monica and Eleanor who led us to our beautifully decorated tasteful suite housing a super king size bed with soft Egyptian cotton sheets, volumptuous pillows, l found myself searching for all the manufacturers labels wanting to create that effect at home. The bathroom was to die for with a whirl pool bath in one corner, individual his and her sinks on the vanity table with bath and shower toiletries, soft thick towels , dressing gowns hair dryer and flip flop slippers on the shelf below. A magnificent walk in shower. Each of the bedrooms has a private balcony overlooking the gardens which are shady and peaceful leading down to the beautiful pool area. They don’t provide lunch or dinner but give you a wonderful breakfast of baby croissant, pastries and breads with jam. Plates of cheese and ham, mozzarella with tomato, yogurt with honey and fresh fruits , delicious coffee and juice. Monica told me that she wanted to create a place that was peaceful and tranquil, we certainly felt that and our only regret was that we only discovered it on our last day before going home. I am so looking forward to paying them another visit.

Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

A truly charming, family-owned place run by the kindest people. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details of the rooms, and the garden is beautifully maintained. From the rooftop balcony, you can literally watch swans gliding across the volcanic lake, surrounded by rolling hills on one side, and enjoy an incredible view of the castle on the other. Without a doubt, it’s the best view in town. Across the street, you’ll find great restaurants, and the lake itself is crystal clear, calm, and perfect for water activities like swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, and e-foiling etx. There’s also a peaceful beach to relax on. On top of all that, the bed was very comfortable, matress as well as the pillows best we’ve had in a while. Highly recommended!

Room #2 in this apartment is a beautiful room with a very nicely designed bathroom and an INCREDIBLE view. The self checkin worked well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and wifi worked well. The apartment has great access to the old city and is about 20 minutes pleasant walk down to the lake. Breakfast at the Grand Cafe was fine.
