This was place absolute perfection. Everything is carefully thought, arranged and designed to provide a delightful experience. We spent there on New Year’s Eve and the hotel had beautiful activities planed, including a great brunch for January 1st. The room smelled amazing, it was super clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Tuscany hills. The owner John was very kind and attentive.

Beautiful Tuscan style villa covered with lots of greenery. Quiet and peaceful. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. You see that people just love what they do and they are passionate about it. You really feel like a guest, not like a customer.

An excellent property in Tuscan countryside, close to Siena, Firenze, Montepulciano, San Gimigniano, etc. The rooms are very spacious (we had a double bedroom loft suite), nicely cooled in spite of the sizzling temperatures, and maintained very clean. The pool is also really nice, with warm yet refreshing water, and not too busy. Riccardo and his team run the restaurant like clockwork, the food is excellent and certainly worth a trip even if you are not staying at the property. Special mention also needs to go to breakfast which is delicious, with abundant choice and great service. Finally, Belinda was very helpful in providing useful tips and very efficient with check in and out.
