I really like the host service, especially Anna who taking care this property. She provided all information as needed and very supportive for any information as request. She provided & guided all travelling information on the way I headed there, then picked me up at the bus station then walk with me to the facility. I stayed in this facility while I attending the Venice marathon. She also went & cheer up while I was running during around kilimoters 10th. The communications feel like stay at home with friends & familty. On the day I checked out, she also come to get feedback and send me until I left the facility. The hospitality is not like I was stay in apartment, motel or hotel, but feel like I am one of her family.

Lovely spacious room and lovely and quiet. The hotel is in a beautiful street just along from the botanical gardens. It’s not at the main hotel so you don’t see any staff but you can call if you need anything. We could see the Basilica out of the window.

The hotel has a good location for visiting the historical houses of Stra, including the one that now houses the excellent Rossi shoe museum. The on-site parking is easy to access. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory. The shower was good, and didn't splash on to the floor.
