I really liked the hotel. It’s a pity I stayed for such a short time. I will definitely come back with my wife. The park with the lake is wonderful, the rooms are small but very clean, and the pools are beautiful. Dinner was simply excellent — real Italian cuisine. I didn’t have time to visit the SPA, but I noticed there are small saunas, and at breakfast people were enthusiastically talking about the massage therapists. You can see that improvements and renovation works are being carried out. Even now the hotel is very pleasant, and I think it will become even better. Thanks to the staff — everyone was very friendly, smiling, and welcoming.

Very nice old fashioned hotel with excellent thermal facilities.

This is true hotel. Very nice and professional staff. Spacious room with big bathroom and balcony. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel with an amazing staff, not the first time I've chosen it for the stay. Great option if you would like to book a full board

Staff here were just superb, so friendly and caring. Facilities were just Brilliant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We adored our stay!!!

Very nice hotel and very kind staff Everything is in very classy style

Super clean, the room was huge, and the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast had so many choices and the spa area was spacious and incredibly comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Every one of them. Nothing was a hassle. I was on a B&B package, and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything I wanted, and more. The room was gorgeous, and everything was spotless.

The extensive facilities of thermal pools, lounging, treatment and resting areas were truly impressive. We also particularly appreciated the quality and style chosen for the renovations - a great balance between Romanesque Italian architecture and modern requirements & standards.

Pools, staff and atmosphere were amazing, it’s my second time there and I’ll go back again for sure +++

Another wonderful stay at hotel Helvetia, relaxing and comfortable. We love the atmosphere including at the restaurant and the swimming pool.I do like to take a swim before sleep as it open until late. We are very thankful for everyone who took care of us!

Awesome service, attmosfer, facilities staff.

We really liked it, everything is well organized for the guests, the staff works great

Nice hotel and SPA complex, very good wellness center, delicious restaurant, comfortable room. I got everything I needed to spend a wonderful time. Book Francesca if you want a good massage and then go to sauna, short sleep and you will feel like a new . Recommended to the person who wants to recover. And one more compliment to the staff, especially to Metr! I still not get a small peace of tiramisu, is it mean you want me back ☺️

My stay was excellent with good staff/customer service, good atmosphere and convenience location.

I would like to highlight the kindness from tge staff, especially Laura, who helped me at all times. She was very attentive and understanding my needs.

Nice room, warm pools, lovely staff. Pools were open until late evening.
