Space out side was really good, fantastic pool and garden amazing

Very peaceful and beautiful, located in a quiet residential area. You need a car to reach the old town but this is not a long itinerary. The facilities are good and clean. The breakfast is very good.

The villa is right opposite Ortigia, waking up to that view and being served breakfast in it’s garden was mesmerising! The room was very clean,comfortable and well maintained. We had such a pleasant stay.

Fantastic place near Syrakuza. Everything clean and comfortable. You can see that the Staff looks for every detail. The Staff od very kind and helpful. Especialy Izabela took care of us. The swiming pool od fantastic.

Simply amazing!!! Very friendly staff and the rooms were spot on. They cleaned it daily. Surprisingly, it was very quiet at night although it is located in the center. Highly recommended

Very nice warm pool inside the hotel, good breakfast, comfortbale beds and pillow. Big green territory, nice citrus trees with limons as in garden. Outside pool was open, but we dont use it because of cold water in the april.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival in our car, it was a little tricky to navigate the narrow streets. We texted where we were on a map and they came to help with parking and hotel drop off - awesome! All staff were friendly and super accommodating. Beautiful hotel - like you are in a marble palace! Breakfast was excellent - tons of choices and wonderful service.Everything about the room was great! Modern while maintaining charm. Comfortable bed and cool shower lighting. View was awesome - right on the water! Close to everything: sites, restaurants, swimming! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything!

The staff were excellent from the reception to the dining room and restaurant staff they could not do enough to help us. The room was spotless and the cleaners were friendly and lovely. Roberto the manager was fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Everything about this property was first class. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was amazing and the location could not have been better!

All was good. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Good location (we were travelling by car). Staff was very helpful A mention of Umberto must be made. He was helpful, patient and a very nice person.

Fantastic beach very close. Great activities for kids and adults. Lovely swimming pool at the hotel. Lunch and dinner were excellent

Super kind hotel team. Best breakfast in Sicily (You can order everything as you wish, including the ingredients of your smoothie) and the Spa has everything you need and great treatment around. There was even some whole wheat bread-ish croissant - which is actually not existing on that island. And it was one the lowest plastic places we have found (which is hard in Italy). Best healthy sleep included.

Cleanness and services. I also like the blueberries, kiwis and strawberries in breakfast 😎

Gorgeous hotel, perfectly located so that you are in a peaceful environment and only a few minutes walk from the sea, duomo and centre of town. Staff were very attentive and helpful. As a bonus - the restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic. We would definitely recommend booking a table for the tasting menu.
