very smooth Check in, comfy and clean room :)

We stayed at this charming and welcoming hotel for New Year’s Eve. We had a wonderful time despite our short stay. The place was already warm when we arrived, very clean and pleasant. Our host was absolutely lovely and kind from beginning to end. He is extremely helpful and did not hesitate to drive us to the boat stop located about 10 minutes from the hotel. I would especially like to thank him for all his efforts and help, particularly on New Year’s Day. He drove us even though we were running late and he had other guests to take care of. We were able to check out a little later, and he was very understanding. To top it all off, he went above and beyond by catching up with the boat to return the mobile phone I had forgotten at the hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality and all your help. We will gladly come back!

Sergey was a superb, helpful, and kind front desk manager who made me feel very welcome.

A wonderful place to relax. Nice and quiet. From 8 p.m. the island goes to sleep, which gives you the opportunity to rest from the noise of Venice. Close to transport to Lido, Burano and Venice. Very good contact with the owners. All problems were solved quickly. Clean, fragrant, Airco in good condition. I read a lot of bad opinions about breakfasts, but I thought they were very tasty: rolls, ham, cheese, egg, butter, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals, yogurts, cake, 2 types of juices, coffee, tea. I left full every time.

The hotel is near Marco Polo airport, only 20 minutes of walking. There is a restaurant right next to hotel. Great value for money.

The operatic theme works well. The dinner at the on site restaurant was fantiastic. The site is beautiful, with lemon tress in front of the rooms. The wine from the estate is excellent.

Comfortable place, far from a village/city (you need a car) but it is a cool place, a true Italian big Villa :). Personal is awesome, tasty breakfast. Pretty good internet.

This is a lovely hotel. Fun to get to via the taxi boats. The restaurant is superb. Great dinner menu and breakfast. Cannot fault it at all.

Very nice small hotel, exceptional staff and very very good breakfast

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

A wonderful, elegantly furnished hotel. All staff, from reception to doorman, were kind, respectful, and helpful. The concierge service was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied, and the service was outstanding.

Breakfast was very good. We stay in the Tintoretto every time we visit Vinice. This was my 5th stay at Tintoretto. Love your friendly staff and hotel. We will also stay there 18 October 2026 before we fly back to Cape Town.

Great breakfast with healthy options like muesli, fruits. Wide variety of options in breakfast. Excellent location. Perfect for families with children.

Absolutely everything: design, ambience, hospitality, location.

Everything, the people were very kind and nice, highly recommending.

Our stay at NH Collection Murano was perfect for escaping the crowds of Venice while enjoying very competitive rates. The hotel, a beautifully renovated former glass factory, offers an excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. It’s well-connected to Venice via vaporetto, making it easy to explore the city, while also providing a wonderful base for discovering the island of Murano, famous for its glass factories. Overall, a fantastic option for those looking to experience Venice without the hustle and bustle, with the added charm of staying in a historic building.

The deco was so so lovely vintage beauty and the people working there was super nice to it was the best hotel I Ever stayed at

Everything, rooms were literally like mini Apartments and spacious for more than 1 people ( I was alone). Staff was amazing and also the restaurant was very good and handy. Breakfast was good as well.
