Very beautiful, private guesthouse. We stayed only to get closer to Rome on our way home, but felt sad not to spend more time there since the place was so peaceful and full of small, interesting villages to visit. Incredible value, with attentionate and kind hosts. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a room in a house set up for room rental located in a highway. As such: it was amazing! We liked the parking space availability (we got to park in the house area) and the way the rooms are set up independently and how modern the decor is. Truly they had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay on the way to Rome for half the price of a Rome stay! That was awesome. Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

Despite the rainy weather, the hosts and Mama Clara were exceptionally kind. They will be ready for you to arrive and will provide you with everything you need to know. The facilities were very well maintained. Angelina provided great suggestions about things to do, places to visit, and restaurants to try for delicious food.
