Loved the breakfast and location

Cosy, well-kept, excellent breakfast and great & friendly service. It’s a bit off the beaten path in Livigno but we loved it for that. Had a late arrival that the owner still solved conveniently for us.

Walking distance to down town . Very good value and comfortable rooms . Staff are very helpful and accommodating !

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive and take a lot of pride in what they do.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel, and everything was excellent! The location is perfect – peaceful, yet close to the center and several ski lifts, making it ideal for skiing and exploring Livigno. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The food is fantastic – especially the pizza, one of the best we've had! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

We got in late but was still A great stay The hotel is a lot bigger than it looks The elevator was teaching us Italian Breakfast was lovely The hallways had just been repainted

It is a wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and a great location near the slopes and town. I truly loved staying here

I could see park from my balcony! The in room sauna, the bathtub, and the bed.

The location, close to the main pedestrian street with shops but far from the noise Outdoor playground and toys for the kid to play Friendly staff. The food was good too

Great location. Right in the center of Livigno. Parking at the door. Modern rooms with Italian alpine-style design.

Lovely property and right in the center. Easy to walk places and explore.

Great staff. Excellent location. Everything we needed was right on property.

Comfortable beds, modern and comfortable. No frills but don’t need that. Great restaurant. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. Friendly staff.

We got there for a 5 days stays. The staff were very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The location is a bit far from main livigno, but this can be a plus. Close to the yepi left, and a ski in is possible. The spa and roof hot tub are amazing!! Breakfast is delicious. My wife broke her leg in the last day, and the staff was amazingly helpful, they provided us with a wheelchair and everything we needed.

The staff team was super helpful
