Amazing place, in a very unique and quiet location with an interesting history! Martin the host told us and showed us the old mill, let us know where we could go and eat and all in all it was a wonderful stay in rustic Italy! huge yard, absolutely stunning scenery and even a river bank to swim on. In the evening you can see every star in the sky. We had our dog with us and she roamed free in the huge yard and played with the horses...absolutely ilillyc, and would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful and cozy place! Warm and clean. There is a parking space. I really liked the idea with the shelves, very comfortable and does not take up much space. The only thing was that we could not open the shutters ourselves during the day, so it was quite dark in the room, but this did not affect our stay at all.

The place is amazing. A centuries long abandonned building has been carefully rennovated to become a beautiful special place. Everything is done with an eye for detail. Owners are very friendly and responsive. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and bedding and a large, well laid out bathroom. The spa is beautiful and special. The communal space is cosy with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. There is prosecco available to buy. We had the triple room, which comes with a very cute terras. The property is located in a nice old village with several good little restaurants and a good selection of shops. We truly enjoyed a special stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Il Poggio di Traverde! This charming place is nestled up the mountain from Pontremoli, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The serene and picturesque ambiance was exactly what we needed to unwind and connect with nature. The hosts, two sisters, were simply amazing - incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The homemade breakfast they prepared was divine. The rooms were simple yet very clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and boasted magnificent views from the terrace. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of our stay was the accessibility to the nearby gorge, Gli Stretto Di Giaredo, which the hosts recommended. We must say, it was a nature lover's paradise! The small hike led to absolutely stunning views and natural pools for a refreshing swim. We highly recommend this experience if you are outdoorsy. In addition to the great hospitality and breathtaking views, the property also offered free parking, making it easily accessible by car. Overall, our experience at Il Poggio di Traverde was nothing short of exceptional. It's a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature. We felt so welcome throughout our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding flora and fauna.

We had already been there in the past and it was a pleasure to stay at Costa D’Orsola again. They make you feel very welcomed. The room was clean and warm. The food is excellent. And to complete the review, the views are stunning.

The apartment was really well equiped, it was beautifully clean, in lovely location in a lovely town, and Tila and Paola were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Booked a lovely local place for us to have dinner, went to the supermarket to get some milk for our morning coffees. They were fabulous.
