One of the most amazing experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived — in the middle of a stormy evening — we were welcomed so warmly by the most lovely people. A very special thank you to Mussa, Mohammad and Jamal (of course) and the entire team (including Sugar the cat) for making us feel not just like guests, but like family. The place itself is absolutely stunning, the room was extremely comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely, and dinner was absolutely amazing. An unforgettable stay. - the kindness of the staff (literally everyone) - the comfortable beds (we took the big bedroom for 4 people) - the view! - the food (delicious, home made by the aunt in town and brought up by her nephew) - the guide Issam, that accompanied us in our hike (extremely kind, calm, knowledgeable of the region and speaks good English. We have 2 small daughters and he even helped us and made the trail fun for them!) - easy communication

My Grandfather's House is a beautiful place at the end of small village Dana run by owner Waleed. It's nicely decorated property with beautiful rooms and good facilities including free washing machine, as well as garden overlooking the mountains. Waleed provided us homecooked breakfast and dinner in the traditional style, and organised amazing hiking in the mountains. Everything is reasonably priced and we enjoyed staying at his guesthouse

About four hundred years ago, the present village was built. Over the years, many families in Dana village have moved to the nearby village of Qadissiya in search of better jobs, schools, and housing....

The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Hazem Nabil Nawafleh was very kind. Ms. Salma was very nice and helpful. Very delicious, diverse and large breakfasts and dinners were served (Ms. Salma is a great cook), defintely worth their price.
