Great location for Ferry terminal to islands. Great breakfast.

The location is perfect for us as we needed to take a ferry to Zamami island after our stay at the hotel. And it took us just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal! And the hotel is very clean and new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice and spacious.

Great customer service. The food for breakfast is amazing. Great local choices. Location is very accesible. It has a bus stop on the next block. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillow. They have parking which is convenient.

Location. Location. Location. Minutes from the Yuri Rail, bus stops, the beach, groceries, and shopping:) and the public bathrooms was wonderful. Clean. Quiet. There is a Family Mart less than 50 feet from the front entrance;)

The overall care and concern they had. I was checking in late with two kids and they quickly helped me get my luggage to the room. They allowed me to park a corner of the parking building. Even though the parking had closed. They talked kindly to my son and were smiling Everytime we saw them. It was a beautiful hotel stay.

I have stayed in Japan before and am used to (1) self check ins and (2) checking to make sure the water heater is turned on. The self check in process was easy, I didn’t do anything ahead of time. It was very easy to communicate with staff via booking.com chat function. They provide codes ahead of time and were able to complete everything else upon arrival. There were four of us staying in the four bed room, a bunk bed situation. The room is spacious for most places you get in Japan for a reasonable price. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower and toilet had separate rooms which worked out great. There was also a bit of closet space. We did need to make sure the water heater was on and that was an easy button. The codes to get in are helpful when sharing the space so everyone could come and go. The projector was also great, we took advantage of watching shows at night. Lastly the location was perfect. You are in a quiet area, 5 minute walk to the port, 15 minute walk to the shopping street and there are family marts right by for snacks and drinks. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
