It’s located just outside the Shinkansen/JR station, making it very convenient for people staying at a hub and traveling to adjacent cities. There’s also a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants. The rooms are small like most Japanese hotels but very clean, and the staff at reception are extremely helpful.

We were amazed by how organized everything is and the warm hospitality from the staff. Before we checked in, I contacted the hotel to ask for a favor which I was not sure if it was doable, and the staff did their best to helped us out. It is not only a pleasant memory but something we are forever grateful of. My personal favorite is the breakfast— I love how they support local businesses by using the local ingredients and create all the amazing food.
