The hospitality was amazing, when we arrived our bags were taken for us and we were led to the lounge where the attendant helped check us in there were free drinks and small snacks available as well. The room was spacious and the view of the coast was great. Though we spoke limited Japanese the staff was helpful and there were English instructions available. The dinner service and breakfast included were amazing too.

Very beautiful new hotel with perfect location located at Aomori station , the staff are sooo nice and friendly especially “ Alicia “ , she helped me to explore Aomori prefecture and she provided me with maps , buses and train timetable and procedures in English language. Everything was great about this property! The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet had so many options. The bed had two pillows per person which is rare to find at a hotel in Japan. The lobby was beautiful and filled with artwork. It was overall, a very comfortable stay. Most of the staff speak English, and they were very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage so we could explore before check in. There are no nearby convenience stores, but it’s about two blocks from many restaurants and shops. The bus stop that can take you to both Aomori Station and Shin-Aomori Station is also nearby, which is great.
