MalaysiaIt was a business trip for meetings in the Hachioji area. The staff was very friendly and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and spacious when compared to most hotel in Japan. As usual, the amenities in the room was superb. I could do my work in the room as well as it was comfortable and conducive (quiet).

United StatesWe went to spend the day on Mt Mitake. Couldn't find lodging at the top, so I picked this one. We are from the US, so we had no idea what we were doing. What a wonderful surprise. Free wine, sake, or cocktail to greet us at check-in. Also, other drinks. Lovely assortment of free snacks, too.
The room was lovely Japanese style. Great onsen, and both traditional dinner and breakfast were superb.
Can't say enough about what a lovely stay it was.
