Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

The room is very clean, location is really good, becouse you can arrive to center for 2 train stations (around 10 minutes), the station is around 200m away from the station. In the area you have a lot of markets, including exchange office. The towels are being changed evrey day and bed is exstremly comfortable.

Very nicely designed and clean rooms. Cleanliness at highest level. Comfortable bed with special luggage compartment underneath. Room was not the biggest one but was nicely designed to use whole space for comfort. Tasty japanese breakfast- I strongly recommend it! Washing machine and dryer available in the hotel- no need to look for another external one. Good localization, 10-15 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station. Definitely worth coming back again.
