The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

It was in a convenient location, close to a lot of food spots and the metro station was a short walk away. Staff were nice and accommodating, they were able to receive our luggage before our arrival using the luggage delivery service.

Big room, very clean and comfortable. Very nice extras! Loved the coin washdryer, very convenient and could even be paid by IC-card. Bathroom looked completely new, water pressure of the shower was a dream, too. I could not ask for more.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. Good location. Walking distance from Juso station which is a stop or two from the main Osaka Umeda station. Easy to visit Kyoto by taking a train at Juso station.
