The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Everything! - the location is perfect and close to a metro station - the atmosphere in the hotel; you can sense there is a good and cheerful energy in this place. Everyone is super helpful and kind. - the decoration is done with care and purpose. In the lobby and the room. They have style! - the room was heaven for me after being exhausted of weeks of travelling. Both my nervous system and soul were very pleased:) it was beautiful and highly comfortable. - the breakfast is very good!! - even the small stuff as their shampoos etc were high quality. Overall; a hotel that knows what it is doing, with a sense of idealism and care! I truly do not understand why they don’t have a 9+ rating. Thanks a lot!! May I ever return to Osaka; I will return to your place!

I wanted to stay close to Shin-Osaka rail station to visit Hiroshima/Kyoto/Himeji etc. and Smile Hotel was a good choice. Just 5 min to Shin-Osaka, 3 min to nearest metro station. Lots of places to eat and 24h marts around. Hotel looks fresh, room was of a good size (for Japan), very clean, bed comfortable, could open the window which is important for me. They have coin laundry on site (typical for Japanese hotels - very convenient). Wifi worked ok.

I stay at 4 and 5 star hotels around Europe as well as US the last 28 years and this hotel had by far the best room service. They provided towels every single day in addition to coffee supplies, brushes, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc (even razors). The hotel is just 2 minutes from the metro station therefore you can go everywhere without any issues. Overall, supper clean, quite room, excellent room service and excellent staff!
