Very kind and helpful host. Both he and his wife welcomed us even late at night, and even gave me a present for my birthday! They told us a lot of stories about the place and the region. It shows they put their hearts into this. The villa was spacious, beds were super comfy and AC was keeping the room in pleasant temperature. Kitchen had all you need to prepare or heat up your food. Also there was a bath in the shower so you can relax after the day. Highly recommend!

As per the description, this a whole house to yourself. One of those wee houses you see all over the place in Japan: Two storeys, a little kitchen and bath area downstairs, with a tatami-floored bedroom area upstairs. The hosts - an older couple who live a couple of houses away - were lovely. The gent speaks English well and was eager to talk. Felt a bit guilty waking them in the moirning to hand over the keys as I mosied on.

The beds were comfortable and there are many freebies such as face masks, bath salts, shampoo, etc. to use to your liking. First room that we had was very spacious with a very big bathroom and bathtub that had bubble jets. Rooms come with a free water bottle and chips.
