Wonderful place to stay in Okayama. Good location, near the station and some wonderful restaurants and cafe. The onsen was amazing! They also have a nice treat in the evenings with noodle soup for guests. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean and tidy. All the utilities in the room were of good quality and nothing was missing. This hotel offers bigger rooms compared to other hotels in Japan within the same price range. The bathtub is also large, allowing for a relaxing soak. The location is excellent, close to the station, and the cleanliness is good. They’ve also paid attention to small details, such as having outlets and little lamp near the bed. Anyway it’s very convenient, I would definitely choice here again if I visit Okayama next time.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay (and my birthday) a lovely experience. I liked the eco-friendly aspects of the hotel, the delicious breakfast buffet, the free drink time, and the onsen. You choose your own pillow in the lobby, based on your preferred firmness, and take any toiletries you need like mouthwash, shampoo, body lotion, etc. The breakfast hours are early but it's well worth waking up for. (Note: it's more Japanese-style than Western-style but incredibly filling and they kept refilling the trays.) During the free "happy hour" you can make your own cocktails or mocktails, or enjoy red or white wine (but no beer). The onsen was small but nice. The water was around 42 degrees C, I believe, and it was a nice way to sweat and relax away the day's walking. You can even check to see how crowded it is through a menu on the TV in the room and the women's onsen is nice and safe (there's a separate lock code for the door that you're given upon check-in).
