Very clean, amazing housekeeping work really. Great reception staff very polite and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Not a small room as most of the Japan places. We will definitely come back! Great location lots of options around and a nice walk to shinshaibasi and dotombori area.

The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Hopefully, see you soon back.

The most friendly personal we met so far during our Japan trip. And since everyone was friendly this was really top notch. So kind and nice! Location is awesome as you can reach Shinsekai and Dotonburi easily by foot. So you can go out at night and don't need Public transports. AmericaMura is also not too far. There was really good coffee available 24/7 in the residents lounge. Room seemed a bit older, but still clean and - especially for Japan - really spacious.

The reception staff were very warm and professional. Both check-in and check-out felt smooth and well taken care of. The hotel location is very convenient, and there is even a 24-hour duty-free supermarket downstairs. If you arrive with luggage, you can use the elevator at Metro Exit 1A to reach street level, cross the road, and the hotel is right there. Normally, the subway Exit 2 is just downstairs from the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel from the aesthetic of the hotel to the staff and breakfast averything was amazing. Everything feels so new and modern, you have a phone where you can have acess to a lot of information, like the available washing machines. The breakfast is also very variable with lots of things to choose from
