Everything. Brand new modern hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms/ bathrooms with spectacular views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left and all spoke good English. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great quiet central location, next to a good shopping mall and Namba underground station. Dotombori and central Osaka restaurants and nightlife action is only a 10 minute walk away. Also has a good gym. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again

1. Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

The hotel is really nice. The room is spacious and the shower was the best we’ve had on our entire trip. The room was clean and modern. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our staying at Hotel Cordia and look forward to return on our next Osaka trip.

We got a free upgrade to an even bigger room, which was so great. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a smile on my face everytime I had to speak to anyone at reception. The hotel is located super close to Dotonburi but not so close where it feels super touristy, and was very easy to access via public transport. My husband and I loved the landry room and the vending machines on each floor - it was so nice to be able to do our laundry after 2 weeks of traveling around japan. And though we don't have kids, we were both super impressed by how kid friendly this hotel was. There was a kid's playroom and it just overall seemed very welcoming to kids. I loved this hotel and we will for sure stay here next time we go to Osaka.

The view was amazing, the room had a lot to offer and was very nice for the price. It was easy to navigate and it was an easy walk to the subway and train stations. Not too far from the other areas I wanted to see as well.

The hotel is beautiful, with rooms starting from the 12th floor so with a very nice view. Position is perfect, in the center of the city. We were assigned a room that was smelling of smoke very badly (and we were supposed to have a non-smoking one), so they changed the room and upgraded us to a Premium room at 19th floor. Staff is very nice and available! Last but not least: breakfast is just amazing.
