I liked how simple the staff made everything, they were very kind and present. The traditional Japanese spa hot bath is fantastic, even in the summer as there's a cold plunge too, used it every night! Also, the gym is clean and easy to use.

The room is clean and comfortable; the surroundings are peaceful and quiet; it is close to the station (misasagi station); and the staff are friendly.

The location was nice, with the most stunning view from the room. Perhaps the location is not prime but its right next to a huge train station, so very easy to get around. The stuff was absolutely phenomenal.

Great location, subway in front of the hotel (exit4with elevator) and 10mn walk to JR or ~15mn to Shinsekai. Nearby Family mart and 24hrs giant local grocery. We stayed 9days and got upgraded from double bed room type to twin rooms since the staff suggested it’s bigger room+more comfortable for long stay (free of charge) All staffs were helpful and spoke great English. Affordable price with high standards. Highly recommend

We are travelers and we booked it because it was at the good price. We were concerned reading reviews so booked it for 2 days first. When we arrived we got a big room, much bigger than on pics, WiFi was very good for work, location is pretty good too, there’s a beautiful park with a lot of Sakura just next to the hotel and also beautiful temple. All rooms are smoking but it didn’t smell too bad. Soundisolatjon maybe not the best since we could hear neighbors 😅 facilities are pretty old but it’s good value for the price. We finally extended the stay. They did cleaning on request even in evening. Breakfast was pretty good too, we could chose from few options, but one day it was 40 min later that required and another day 20 min earlier 😁

Really spacious, had more than enough space and the staff were really nice.

The room is just nice for one person. Bed were comfortable, there were proper table to eat or do your work, enough space to store your luggage, many plug points, good amenities. It's very close to the station, just across the road, 2 minutes walk. There are many shops in the area - konbini, Don Quixote, food alleys. I went to watch a concert at Fenice Sacay and it was just a 10-minutes walk. Quite far from big towns like Namba or downtown Osaka but still good neighbourhood. At level 2 there are coin laundry machines and dryer machines, ice machine, microwave, public bath.
