The staff are incredible friendly. No English was spoken which isn't an issue but my internet was getting delivered to the hotel so we struggled until we had this for Google translate but the staff really tried to help us. The location was good for us for where we was to meet our tour guide for 3 days but otherwise would be out of the way. The view was nice. The staff rang to pre-book a taxi for us.

We had an excellent experience. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated, very spacious in a pretty traditional mountain village. Everything looked very magical, with an amazing view of rice fields. The owners are also very kind, and we were welcomed with chestnuts and home-grown rice. You have everything that you need, including for BBQ. The Kikuchi Gorge is amazing, and the shrine recommended by the owner was very spiritual and beautiful. It was a special experience for us which we enjoyed every second. Thank you for your great hospitality!

The host is the kindest host anyone could ever ask for. He made my stay very comfortable. He didn’t hesitate to provide needs and he even drove me with my luggages to my next destination. I am very grateful and happy to have stayed at this accommodation.
