We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

The check in is in a different location than the hotel. If you come by train to the city, its easy as it's next to the main train station, but if you come another way it might not be super convenient. I believe there are other ways you can check in directly at the property, but plan this in advance.

I really loved the apartment, so clean, so bright, so comfortable and with 2 bathrooms, very calm, with nice table to have meals, amazing stay for the price. The pictures are exactly the hotel. Have nice supermarket nearby, subway, everything.
