Incredible experience from start to finish. I only stayed one night, but I felt immediately at home and could not have been happier. The private, in-room onsen was the highlight of the room without question. Such a wonderful way to unwind and I spent hours in there. They keep the onsen very hot, hotter than most I've been to, but it's easy to add cold water to cool it down and if you go too far, a call to the front desk will have hot water piping back in. I enjoyed soaking while watching the snow fall through the open window - and was very comfortable! The room was extremely spacious with sliding partitions for each area, so if traveling with a partner or family, it would be easy to create privacy when needed. In-room amenities were great. Nice lotions, soaps, etc. Lighting in the room was very nice - I believe about 6 different settings you can choose from to create the mood you're looking for. The meals were absolutely top notch and unforgettable, both the dinner and breakfast. I can't say enough good things but the food surpassed all my expectations. Simply lovely. Checking in and out was very smooth and simple. It was easy to catch a taxi from directly outside Tobu Nikko station and when it was time to leave, the staff called a taxi for me.

Terrific Accom well located to rail and buses. Around corner from the Main Street and a large super market was up the road a little. The room was super clean, comfortable and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great spot to explore Nikko from. Also has plenty of car parking if you are driving.

Great location very close to the train station (both Tobu and JR), staffs are all great and english speaking. Onsen bath is super good especially the outdoor onsen. Breakfast is highly recommended, super good and very tasty. Overall great hotel for Nikko trip.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location for exploring Nikko. We stayed in Japanese style room and it was really comfortable. The view was amazing too. There is a little onsen right in the hotel which was amazing experience for us. Very peaceful stay. I would definitely come back again.
