Big sized room , very clean, good location

This hotel is very convenient when exploring the Nikko area, as it is walking distance from the temples and very close for buses to the Lake Chuzenji area. The capsul room is like a mini private room, so you have your own personal space.

Great location very close to the train station (both Tobu and JR), staffs are all great and english speaking. Onsen bath is super good especially the outdoor onsen. Breakfast is highly recommended, super good and very tasty. Overall great hotel for Nikko trip.

Room: I loved that i could see a bit of the river from the windows. The view of mountains and sunrise/sunset is lovely. Room has everything a traveller may need, like heater, kettle, cups for tea Facilities: Surprised that the property has a lift! Guesthouses often dont have a lift, really appreciated this! There is a sento in the basement, traditional, beautiful, and functional. Location: So near the bus stop and the main attractions in Nikko! Was pleasantly surprised

Staff were very friendly Breakfast was very nice and great Dinner options also. Room was comfy with a nice size onsen and shower on the balcony. Lovely old Isuzu car as you walk into the building.

We loved our stay at Nikko Beans Hotel. It’s a minimalist and straightforward hotel, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There’s a restaurant right beside the hotel, and the food was really nice and convenient. We stayed for two nights, and the atmosphere was so peaceful a great place to unwind. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Super atas. Clean, everything is well thought of. Tip top class service, also not to forget to mention about the onsen. It has both hot and cold onsen, very clean with a hot sauna. All washing facilities are very clean and well kept. Also, both the Japanese restaurant and The Bar are astounding in design n service.

Peaceful and very natural. I like onsen here. Breakfast is good. Staff is so nice. There is free coffee self service all day. I would like to visit again.

The Shinkyo Inn looks cute and well maintained upon arrival, you can just see it will be a warm, special place. Local guest coming into the cafe/bar seemed to enjoy meeting us as guests and were super friendly, really special blending of tourists and local people. The breakfast (and coffee ☕️) was fresh, tasty, and healthy, lovely dining room, with balcony for warmer weather overlooking the beautiful braided river. Our room was in pristine condition, clean, cozy, comfortable. Lovely, clean bathroom. Overall, a beautiful spot, a special place, great location!

Lovely staff and free shuttle to the station. Beds the most comfortable we had in Japan and rooms overall the biggest too. Was nice to have such a big hot tub all to ourselves. Bus stop right outside too

On approach our Disney themed guest house was quite unusual for 2 middle aged Nzers. ..as our 2 night stay unfolded we were both delighted and overwhelmed by the kindness, talent and exceptional food our hosts provided. The other local guests were very welcoming and Inclusive of us. Our stay was heart warming, and we suspect will be a high light of our visit to japan. Situated up a steep mountain rd.
