The only hotel in Kofu that was within my budget on the specified date.

complimentary snacks and meals, the onsen is really nice

The staff were friendly and helpful. The tatami room was so comfortable and we loved it. Great location and good to have car parks available in front of the hotel. We all liked the Japanese-style breakfast but it would be great if there was toast available as well. Overall we loved our stay and we would come back again.

We are very satisfied. We will come again.

The breakfast was So good. I ate every thing. The room was clean and ONSEN was great !!

I like the traditional Japanese meal.

all the staff are very friendly and very cooperative

Hot bath area was great and close to a lot of favorite place to eat.

I only stayed overnight, so I don't have much to say aside from the staff are so friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I would definitely go back next time :).

Loved the room. Very clean and comfortable. Onsen was great and very relaxing The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful Food was delicious

Friendly staff. Room is simple and clean(might have the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen). Breakfast is included, but there's also a Denny's across the street(must try). Pleasant 20min walk to Aeon mall where you can find plenty of dining options and interesting stores to peruse.

Konaya Hotel did not disappoint! You can't beat the location and the staff was always there to help in the kindest way possible. I would highly recommend!

Decent location, good price! they let me park my motorcycle in front for the night! it was quiet and the bed was pretty good!

Perfect location and good breakfast

I loved every single thing about this hotel. The look, the feel, the vibe, the unbelievable staff, the great breakfast, location and more.

Nice Window view. Big room. Microwave in your room. Little early checkin was possible about 80min before 3pm
