The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within five minute walk from JR Koza station. Restaurants and supermarkets are just in walking distance. We stayed in the economy double room from Dec 21 to Dec 25, which was clean and comfortable for two people. The kitchen was fully equipped with an induction oven. It was easy to go to the neighborhood supermarket to shop groceries and food stuffs and bring back to cook. The bathroom was clean coming with a hot tub and the water steam was hot and powerful. The parking lot is spacious, easy for an SUV to get in. JR Koza is a station where local and express trains both stop here. It is easy to get on a train from here to either Kii-Tanabe or to Shingu to enjoy the entire Kii peninsula. When we stayed here, we took JR and bus to get to Kumano Koto for the trails to Hayatama Taisha and Nachi Taisha.

An excellent onsen Hotel . They had free drinks in the afternoon and evening, which was amazing and the outside pool faced the ocean, which was beautiful. Extremely reasonable price for the quality.

Booked one night for stay in Kushimoto. My family and I were very satisfied with this lovely house. House is clean, all facilities are provided as described. I’m in love with the corner which owner provided 2 comfy chairs for us, we can relax and spend time while laying on the chairs. Laundry room provided, you can wash your clothes here. Owner is helpful and kind. For those who looking a stay in Kushimoto, you can’t miss out this. There are supermarket, convenience stores nearby also.

I stayed in the Wakayama area for five days, in total, but this place was the best. The room was cleaned and comfy. Also, the owner was super nice and supportive. I'd come back here.
