I would give much higher rate if: 1- They had a large writing on the wall in the lobby to give you wifi information, also the fact that there is no staff for check-in and we should look at the emails came from booking.com. normally we receive many emails after each booking and they are all the same, so we don't check them, but here they give you all your room and bed information on the booking site. 2- If they had secure lockers to lock our valuables, there is nothing, they expect you to leave all your valuables in your room, that everyone from outside in the street can walk in 3- If they had more hangers in the room and outside of the bunk beds

Being a hostel, there are shared spaces, but they’re kept nice and clean. The sleeping pods were also much more spacious than most hostels I’ve stayed in. Furthermore, there is a designated women’s shower and toilet, which is a nice touch. My friend and I enjoyed our stay.

comfy. I asked for staff's recommendation for local onsets and he made some very good suggestions which cannot be searched online. The bath in the hostel is new. I wanted to go to sonsen the next day after check out. And I waited until fireworks. The staff is very kind and let me put my luggge until 9pm. He also reminded me of the busy transportation after fireworks.

The hotel worked with us to confirm details about our Mt. Fuji hike and let us store an extra bag while we spent the night on Mt. Fuji. Thank you so much for spending the time to make our stay comfortable and answer all our questions. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at this hostel. The view of the harbour from the room was magnificent and the room was comfortable and bright. There is a cafe/bar at the reception which serves very good coffee. Highly recommended!

Nice place, beautiful scenery. Its a harbor area and my dormitory room had a window facing the sea. So of course the sight is beautiful. Also, its right in front of the dock. Staff were quite amazing and friendly. I had some fun chats with them. They provided me with information on nearby sightseeing places and such. There is a 7-11 right behind the hostel. Thats a real lifesaver.

Nothing much in this small fishing town, but it was my most memorable stay in this trip. Great view of Mt Fuji at sunset, great BBQ dinner where the staff prepare the table and charcoal for us in front of the hostel to enjoy sea breeze and the quite of the town, great staff who accompanied me at the BBQ with talkings via Google Translate :)
