All the staff were very kind and were very satisfied with the facilities, location, and cleanliness. I'm willing to revisit and highly recommend it.

The rooms are clean and they provide everything you need. A lot of options for breakfast. It is a good stay to go to Mt Aso in the morning. They provide the stickers for tattoos for the onsen (250yen)

It's a good business hotel. It's simple but very clean. It has a Spa (hot tub), which I enjoyed. It's walking distance from the Higo Ozu Station, which is the closest station from the airport and there is a free bus from the airport to the Higo-Ozu station, but still it is like a 10-15 minute walk. There is no breakfast service but it has a lot convinience store close by and a few restaurants. It's in a very quiet area.

The room is quit spacious (much more than average in Japan), and the environment is clean. The bed is larger than averaging, which makes the stay very comfortable. The breakfast has wide range of choice and all of them are delicious. The location is nice for driving that don't need to go into the downtown.

The onsen was wonderful, and also the futon bedding was very comfortable. We got everything we could have asked for.

Amazing place! The room was huge, had a whole bath tub and a personal space outside, which we couldnt use because of the thunderstorm, and a private parking lot under the apartment, which is great. One of the best places to stay if you visit Kumamoto, a bit distant from the city itself, but services and prices are on top, they even offered to bring us to the airport since there was a flood and our rented car was apparently broken Definetly recommended place

We travelled by rental car, so this location was particularly convenient for us. There was covered parking and plenty of space. One of the staff members was fully fluent in English which allowed us to exchange information and share opinions; we particularly appreciated that.

The property matches the photos exactly. It is exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Staffs are also nice and polite. I would be pleased to stay here again in the future.

The staff are incredible friendly. No English was spoken which isn't an issue but my internet was getting delivered to the hotel so we struggled until we had this for Google translate but the staff really tried to help us. The location was good for us for where we was to meet our tour guide for 3 days but otherwise would be out of the way. The view was nice. The staff rang to pre-book a taxi for us.
