We stayed in the premium room which was quite spacious. The room was clean and comfortable. The view is very nice. The lounge was ok. Selections of food was limited. The staff were helpful but speak very little of English.

totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. The rooms are very huge (54 sqm) when compared to a typical japanese hotel. Comfortable beds/pillows, a full kitchen (if you need it) and a bathroom with separate shower and bath. The location is very good in the Susukino area of Sapporo. The price is excellent for what you get. By far the best room we stay at on our 30 day Japan trip.
