This hotel is located a few minutes by foot from Sangenjaya station. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities including tea. The bed was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and lots of local restaurants nearby.

A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.

The room is pretty spacious and the good part is that I had it for myself. Pretty enjoyable stay. I could also leave my suitcase there before my check-in, so I could look around the area with no weight on me.

everything was perfect, hot water, clean toilet and bed, there is free drinks from the vending machine as well. we really appreciate that there are fridge in the room and microwave at the lobby. housekeeping is done everyday which is amazing for such a budget hotel.

The hotel was breathtaking with stunning views. Extremely comfortable and child-friendly, and located right in the heart of Shibuya. The famous crossing is just a 5-minute walk away. We can 100% recommend this hotel.

Everything, the only draw back is the space between the round table, bed and couch.

The location is very strategic nearby the train station. The facilities are awesome. Owner even complimentarily extended our check out time from 10 am to 12 pm due to changed of flight. There are a lot of shops nearby and for muslim, there is one halal kebab just 300 meters away from the house. Highly recomended & definetely will come again.

The location was excellent right in the heart of Shibuya and within walking distance to the famous Shibuya Crossing. There are plenty of small izakayas, restaurants, convenience stores and bars nearby, so the area always felt lively and convenient. Even though it is a love hotel, it still had most of the facilities and comfort you would expect from a regular hotel. The staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out times are a bit different compared to normal hotels but it actually worked perfectly with our travel plans. We stayed here for two nights before leaving Japan because we wanted to enjoy the city one last time while still having easy train access to Haneda Airport. I would definitely stay here again for a short Tokyo city stop.
