Location is just one stop from Shibuya in tram, room was equipped with everything, free laundry service and very nice how they provide you with toothbrushes, hair brush and even ear wax and hair ties. That extra touch of hospitality really stands out.

everything was perfect, hot water, clean toilet and bed, there is free drinks from the vending machine as well. we really appreciate that there are fridge in the room and microwave at the lobby. housekeeping is done everyday which is amazing for such a budget hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff, super clean. It was our second time in this hotel and we can definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time during the stay in Tokyo. The team makes you feel at home and the professional and courteous service is second to none. The immersion in local cuisine and traditions was a great experience and the team at the Cerulean Tower were great. Truly excellent breakfast to start the day.

Great hotel in a fantastic location ! Room was great , the standard room we had in our middle stay (we came back here 3 times between travels around Japan) had a washing machine which was great , be aware if you book the economy standard no washing machine 😐 This hotel is in the delightful Yoga area on the Den-en-toshi train line , Yoga station is directly under the hotel , 5 stops and you are in Shibuya where you connect to many other lines and the Narita express ! Local shopping area just outside the hotel is fabulous with supermarkets,convenience stores , pharmacy , restaurants and a fabulous patisserie called Flora about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Free coffee machine in the hotel lobby topped it all off ! Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended stay , we will certainly be back

A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.

Location was excellent but mostly it was a perfect home away from home…enough room to get comfortable for a 10 day stay, and not feel like we were getting under one another’s feet.
