HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita provides a fitness center with an indoor pool, outdoor tennis, sauna and public bath. Beds were very comfy, with 2 different types of pillows. Bathtub a big plus, and really quiet rooms. Shuttle bus every half hour was excellent, and it was big bus, so stress about not fitting on. Gardenia eatery was really good for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent shuttle services to get around area. Drivers were RUDE and unhelpful. Room cramped. Couldn't fit wheelchair thru doorway. Had to bring own luggage to room (6) while pushing wheelchair. Bloody expensive restaurant...except room service.
Richmond Hotel, Narita town is an outstanding place to stay. Close to the town, 5 minute walk and close to restaurants. The park and temples are about 15-20 minute walk through an old Japanese street with outstanding shops.
Great for travel. Big airport, easy to transfer to the train system or board a bus. Patient, helpful staff. Currency exchange service fees are steep! Visit your bank for currency exchange before you leave home.
Nikko Narita is situated very close to Terminal 2 so the bus shuttle is very efficient and obliging! Comfortable and spacious bedroom with a top breakfast! Highly recommended - week day rates might be cheaper than a Sunday
I stayed for 1 night on the way to the US and another 1 night after back from the US. Checked in into hotel in Narita, had free shuttle bus. Enjoyed the free shuttle from hotel to local mall in Narita, mall was awesome, food court is amazing at that Mall. Overall enjoyed my transit visit in Narita, will do it next time.
Narita is pretty much the gateway to Japan. There is Narita city away from the airport but visitors that arrive at the airport head straight to Tokyo and points beyond. From what Narita city has to offer, it is a shame that visitors don't get to see it.

Dated hotel, but it's comfy. It has a public bath (paid entry), convenience store for gifts, drinks, hot food and other stuff. Vending machines stocked with drinks and hot food if you plan to not spend too much in hotel restaurant. Close to Narita Airport with free airport shuttles. Also bus shuttle for Aeon mall in the area and into Tokyo (need to ask the front desk for timetables). Has a garden for walks.

After a stay in Tokyo, Richmonf Hotel in Narita is usually for me the best place for the last night in Japan before my return flight to Paris. I did that many times and was never disappointed. Moreover they provide a reliable shuttle to Narita airport : the frequency (one every 80') could be higher.

Although we didn't expect much due to the low price, it was an excellent surprise. The rooms are big, not at all like the small rooms in regular hotels in Japan. It was clean and equipped with everything you need. If I will ever need a hotel near Narita airport, this will certainly be my choice.
