Excellent traditional breakfast. Amazing temple across the street. Easy access to Narita airport. The onsen was comfortable and open 24 hours. Great first stop in Japan.

The property is nice and clean. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The size of the house is perfect for 6 people and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We were in constant communication with the property owner, so it was easy to get our questions answered in a timely manner. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Amazing location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Narita station. Fluent English speaking staff. Pool, sauna and bath which I didn't have time to use, but it's nice to know it's there. Also I needed to change my booking to a new date and they were so gracious and supportive in assisting me with that. Very easy communication with the hotel.

Wow what an excellent hotel , highly recommend for a short stay in Narita before travelling onwards, location,staff, accomadation - bed - bathroom facilities ( try the. Face masks!) fantastic breakfast choice of Asian and/ or western ( get there early as can get busy) staff , all good , we’ve stayed in lots of hotels all over the world and this one was one of the best for the value.. some travel tips- lf your coming from Narita Apt once through customs take the escalator to the train station - Keisei narita line , buy the ticket at the auto teller, less queues and very easy to navigate once optioned for English, ( 2 stops) keisei Narita station , once there and standing on the platform look for the APA hotel exit the station at the East exit through the subway once on the other side walk towards the APA hotel the Richmond is just passed it on the right. If you have a spare day I reccomend visiting the temples and the gardens , very pleasant and easy walk from the hotel. If you happen to be travelling onwards via Haneda airport a good option is a train from Keisei Narita Station , Limited Express green line , change at AOTA then take access express orange line to Haneda Apt. ( time 1.50 minutes).

Localization and shuttle service to the airport is really helpful. The hotel have a nice and beautiful garden and one can take breakfast seeing all the garden. It is really good way to start a day. The bad is very good indeed. The room have windows to the garden. The staff is help starting with the shuttle drivers.
