Wi-Fi & AC worked well. The building itself is solid, and the location was convenient, but there were so many hygienic and kitchen usability issues that could have been addressed before our arrival. Our point of contact was responsive and apologetic, but these issues were observable in advance and completely avoidable. This place had a lot of potential, but the lack of basic cleaning made our stay shortlived.

The location is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The turntable and records were a nice touch. The wood was great. This is a stand alone building so plenty of privacy. Plenty of space upstairs. I would stay here again if I revisited Kochi.

The location was amazing! It was very conveninently located from the highway bus stop, Kochi Station, and the tram station. It was near the Obiyamachi shopping/restaurant disctrict, too!
