Ekselent, good and varied breakfast, helpful and nice staff, perfect cleanliness and ideal location, I recommend it, I am a seasoned traveler, also in Japan for the second time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at E Hotel Warabi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Impeccable cleanliness, and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's strategic location and well-appointed rooms provided both comfort and convenience. I highly recommend E Hotel Warabi to fellow travelers seeking a delightful and seamless experience.

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

The staff was so kind and the rooms are incredibly great and clean and comfortable

The staff is very professional yet very warm and make you feel welcome. Thoughtful with children. Free access to the beautiful onsen, the room was small but comfortable and very clean. Only 1 minute away from the train station, convenience store across the road.

I came from Poland with my teenage daughter for winter holidays and shopping. The hotel is fantastic. It's very clean. The staff are great and make you feel comfortable. For guests, there is a stand near the reception with free: earplugs, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving gel, razors, sponges, wipes for removing make-up, hair bands, hair oil, slippers, there are even bath salts. There is also a microwave for guests' use . On the ground floor there is a laundry room. Detergent is available at the reception for 50 yen. In the evening, free drinks are available (coffee, tea, juices, coke, melon soda.) There is also a vending machine with drinks on the second floor. The room is small and very clean , here is a desk and a small fridge. Bed size is enough for 2 adults . There is also an ironing machine for guests' use. There are small Donki, Uniqlo and GU - 5 minutes walking distance. There are also plenty of pubs and bars with delicious food. And Akabane station is literally a few steps away.

Really friendly and helpful staff, plus close to Urawa Station

The room is very clean. The bed has a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was amazing. Very quiet place.

Very convenient to assets every where in Tokyo.

Staff are amazing, I will stay there again, probably in March 2027

coco stay staff was very pleasant , the lounge was very comfortable and you could take a read or do an automatic massage . The room cleaning was nice and the onsen inbuilt in the structure was very enjoyable!

Not sure why this place has such a low rating! We found it to be exceptional for the price. We initially booked for 5 nights and extended our stay by an extra 3 nights. It’s clean, spacious, has a shower with hot water and projector. The beds were comfortable and aircon worked well. Yes, it’s next to a train track but the metro didn’t bother us at all and our room was facing out onto the tracks. Took 30 mins to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku by metro and 40 mins to get to the main Tokyo station. It’s very close to the metro which was great for getting around Tokyo. Plenty of food options around the area like ramen, KFC, McDonald’s etc if you want them. Amazing Fresh pastries from Saint Germaine bakery in the metro station - we went here 3 times to get them and bring them back for breakfast! Honestly we thought it was great value for what you get and the ease of accessing the city.

It's Very Near Kawaguchi Station . It's the perfect location to go anywhere.

The hotel has really nice staffs. If you want, they can help you cleaning the room on a daily basis. Also, they offer breakfast and coffee every morning. And it is very close to the tram station, only about 5 minutes walk.

value for money, good service from staffs.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Saitama. Its proximity to the station was very convenient. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with our experience. Thank you for storing our luggage🙏
