The location is very good, just next to the train station, and within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the shopping street. The room is cozy and clean. Staff is very prompt in helping when we call, even during New Year Day.

Very very very convenient location, just few steps a way from yufuin bus terminal. Next to the hotel is Unagi rice restaurant. Hotel equipped with private onsen and sauna, though small but just nice, no complaint. Hotel has in house cafe too. Room is super spacious and with superb nice vibe. Love it love it love it ! Will stay here again if return to Yufuin next time.

It's a no-frill basic but complete minimalist style hotel, japanese way. Very clean and located at city centre very close to both JR station and bus station. Really great if you arrive late and looking for a place to stay before onsen hopping. Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to detail. Every question was answered with care, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and unique. Thank you for my Origami lesson.. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main street filled with restaurants and shops. The hotel also offers excellent value compared to other nearby options. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return again.

This is THE best place in Yufuin. It was really easy to check in. Yes it's a bit further away from the city centre which makes it a bit more difficult to get to if you don't have a car (you can walk it or take a taxi up there) but it has the most epic view of the mountain. There are two onsens that everyone at the hotel can use, but they are effectively private as once you are in them you lock the door and you can have them to yourselves. The water is fantastic. Refreshing and makes you feel very relaxed. I would stay here at the drop of a hat again. Also make sure you walk up to Oogosha shrine (only 5 mins away) where you can get the experience of visiting a HUGE cedar tree temple and a bamboo forest that is 10x better than Arashiyama.

The drinks in the freezer, the kitchen, shower room. Everything is perfect. I feel warm welcome here and wish to come back and stay again. The place is better than the pictures

The property is situated in a convenient location, closed to Kinrin lake and many restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Complimentary snacks and drinks, including red and white wine.

Very good stay. Hot spring is in our own bathtub . The Owner is very kind and take good care of us. Short walk to Yufuin Station. Food is great. We stay for 2 nights, Shabu and Barbeque just perfect.

In-room onsen and private outdoor onsen. Both are running water and hot enough.

The property was beautiful and clean, nice furniture and beautiful views of mount yufu. Everything felt premium. The lobby and exterior was exquisitely designed. Location is convenient too with parking
