We stayed at this hostel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending the 2024 Almaty Marathon. The bed was comfortable, its a bunk bed, the facility was clean, and the staff were supportive. The kitchen was spotless, though the toilet didn’t have a bidet. The location is great, near a mall with everything you need, and booking a taxi with Yandex Go was easy.

24h stay system. If you check in late at 7pm, you get to check out before 7pm the next day without penalty. Counter male stuff is polite and helps to assign a bottom bed on request. Location within walking distance from bus terminal but needs map navigation.

Commond room is so spacious and clean. The hostel is very well maintenance so its very comfort. The staff also is nice even sometime there's language barrier. Location is amazing, close to bus station, coffee shop, mini market and bar. Room price so affordable for me and I also keep my luggage while waiting check in time. Thanks a lot Hostel O2.
