I liked that the hotel is located near good restaurants. Moreover, my room had a view of Koktobe, and mountains were visible from my window. The hotel personnel was excellent, cleaning was well-done. The building is an iconic building of Almaty. There were small souvenir shop, small mini-market, and a cafe in the lobby.
