Hotel Al Bustan occupies a hilltop location, giving views across Beirut and the Mediterranean. It has an outdoor pool, a children’s playground, 3 restaurants and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We liked everything literally, the service is perfect, staff are very kind, and we considered the service in Lebanon at least 100 time better then any other hotel we visited especially in the western world!
The Monteverde Hotel is located a 25-minute drive from Beirut and offers elegant rooms with private balconies overlooking the Maten Mountain. It features a garden with a pool and a restaurant. Everything was good clean and as it should, best value for money , the manager Mrs.Aida and the receptionist all were very polite and friendly , they did their best to make us happy as a family despite the covid and economic crisis that affected lebanon and all the world , i highly recommend this hotel for any one who wants a relax in nature away from city crowd and pollution.
Featuring panoramic views of mountains and Lebanon’s Mediterranean coast, this hotel is only 9 miles from Beirut. It has free public parking and offers self-catering accommodations with free Wi-Fi. I definitely recommend this place, for short or long stays, affordable, clean, quiet, cosy, wide big confy rooms, great stuff and service, close to Beirut and the mountains, close to many restaurants, and the area where it's located is sooo beautiful with all the green and old houses arround
Located in Beirut, 5.6 mi from Gemayzeh Street (Rue Gouraud), The Ray Hotel and Studios features accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Ray Hotel and will be back every time we are in Lebanon!! From the very first moment, the staff was WONDERFUL! For a family wedding we booked 4 rooms for each couple (including bride and groom) and we all loved their service, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the room service was excellent (great tasting food). Breakfast was a mixture of many Lebanese tapas, and was very generous and delicious. The staff always provided us with great advice (which taxi service to use which is more affordable to avoid tourist prices for eg.) and even took a family photo for us at the end! The staff even took a moment to notice one of our birthdays from the ID and we came back to the room to find birthday cookies. What makes this hotel one of the best we've stayed at is the great facilities combined with a wonderful staff! Thank you Ray team for making our stay so special.

The Promenade offers spacious rooms with views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mount Lebanon, and Beirut City. There is also an Italian restaurant, a 24/7 coffee corner and a seasonal pool. It was an amazing hotel beyond expectations. From the bellboy to the reception to the rooms the first impression was amazing. The moment you enter the rooms you smell the cleanliness and freshness. Newly renovated rooms with hi tech. Breakfast is outstanding and varied service is excellent. Professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely reserve always there and will advise friends to reserve there also. Thank u Promenade Hotel for making my stay an unforgettable one.

Located in the outskirts of Beirut, this 4-star hotel is only 6.2 mi from the Rafic Hariri International Airport. Leisure facilities include air-conditioned tennis courts and 3 swimming pools. Very helpful staff specially the lady at the reception ( Rima )
This hotel atop a mountain in Lebanon has one of the best views of the city. The air at the peak is so clean and much cooler than that of the air inside the main city of Beirut. At night you can see the city really well lit up, and it is quite a sight. I attended as my friend hosted his wedsing there and it was beautiful. The hotel itself has a very relaxing vibe, with an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and spa. If you eat at the restaurant, I highly recommend the pizza! Overall, this is a very nice hotel if you want to get away from the city or just love the scenery and want to explore the mountains.
The Hotel had a resort feel. It was quiet and very secure. The view, day or night, was beautiful. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly, very helpful and worked hard to make our stay the best possible. We would return at any opportunity.
It was bad hotel Unwelcome employee They forced me to pay extra money for baby bed in spite of i taked to them four times to be sure about the bed. There was no water and the fridge was empty The hotel in general is old and doesn’t deserve the money you will put There was water leaking in the bathroom This is the worst hotel I’ve ever never stayed in. The breakfast is too bad also they put only few things
I have really mixed feelings about this hotel. It has the potential to be extraordinary, yet I feel it lacks the warmth and pride in hospitality that the Lebanese are famous for. It's in a great, quiet location with lovely views. The gardens are what attracted us in the first place. The pool is good too. The spa is exquisite although they should be more forthcoming about the indoor pool being off limits to children. Aspects of the hotel are very charming. We enjoyed admiring the original furniture and decoration, but there are areas that need investment and tidy up e.g. the rooms, bed linen (no two pillows were the same), bathrooms (flaking paintwork, dysfunctional plugs) and main dining area (only one restaurant was open during our stay). There are no safes in the room, which was disappointing and no USB ports. In my view, these are basic room requirements. The biggest disappointment was that we felt invisible when it came to service and teh lack of house pride. We had to chase for F&B in the garden, at the pool and in the restaurant during breakfast. I also felt that the quality of food fell short of the Lebanese standard. The restaurants high chair was vintage (to be kind) and the upholstery was torn. The only person that appeared to have any energy was the person that checked us in and showed us to our room. No one else seemed happy. I've never stayed in a hotel with such low people energy. When we checked out, I felt really sad for this hotel. It has the potential to magnetise people and I live in hope that they will be grand again.
