the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant serves great food with room service.

EVERYTHING! The room was super big, clean and comfy, the staff was very nice and there is a huge window with stunning view. We enjoyed complementary coffee, sweets and drinks in a room. The price is really reasonable. I already miss this place.

Amazing location, close to the border of Liechtenstein and Switzerland. You can have the best of both countries. The hotel was super clean, the room was amazing with very nice mountain views, very comfortable! Super smooth process of automatic checkin and check out!

Location, building, garden outside

This is an exceptional facility and amazing dining and staff

The service we got was Exceptional. Although we arrived a day early Bettina went out of her way to accomodate us and worked everything out with Booking.com.

The view, the soft bed, the gummy bears, the breakfast

Everything was perfect. Easy self check-in, beautiful room with great view, amazing breakfast.

Cozy spacious room, everything new and clean with a nice couch. There was also a table with chairs for 4 persons

By far the nicest place we have ever been! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and the room was incredible! The breakfast was second to none and the little Spanish host was the best!!! The hotel gives you a pass for free transportation all over the country. You even get welcome gifts when you arrive. We will be back!

Loved location easy walk to train station and town's highlights. Great breakfast

Lovely size room, safe place for our bikes. The place was like a museum with many interesting artifacts and painting.

Breakfast had an excellent array of options. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable including helping out with my daughter's iced coffee.

Amazing facilities and the restaurant! There are good hiking paths around and the hotel has an e-bike charging station. Lolita was super welcoming and made our stay extra nice with personal recommendations and being very attentive.

Highly recommended for the comfortable room, gracious and attentive staff, and lovely biergarten out the back.. wish we had stayed longer and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything. The food was fantastic, the room was clean, and the location was right on the Lichtenstein trail which we were hiking.

We visited this place for the second time in the last 3 years. The value for money is still very high and the hosts are really kind and helpful. I’d love to visit for a third time sometime soon!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding, the location was excellent, and the parking facilities were very convenient. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and respectful. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers clean, comfortable, and excellent rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was excellent, the hotel is very well managed and taken care off; very clean; the room was very comfortable, breakfast was very good with many varieties and choices :) the restaurant was very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful; the food we selected was very tasty.

The rooms are big, clean, well equipped, designed with taste and with great location! The hotel has a small kitchen, great restaurant downstairs and free and comfortable parking. The contactless check in was fast and efficient. Netflix in the rooms and over all a huge recommendation! We will definitely come back to this hotel chain!

Beautiful breakfast included. The place is a bit haunted for those sensitive to it. Else great value for money, great restaurant available also as room service. It’s more like a 4-5 star hotel available at the price of a 3 star hotel.

Everything went smoothly. I arrived very late - after 23h - and found the digital system easy to use. Quickly found everything. My 3rd floor room was cute and modern. Comfy bed; fluffy bedding and pillow. Slept very well. No noise.

The room was huge and great. its wonderful for long and short stays. The bathroom was also spacious and nice. Great location.
