Great location with a fantastic rooftop bar. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to assist us especially when we had internet issues on the first day. Rooms were a bit small for the price, and the bathrooms could be more spacious. Overall, a good stay

The property is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and even have a separate seating space. The breakfast is quite extensive. The pool is a welcome refresher after a hot day. But what makes your stay at Thambu Illam excellent, is definitely the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay a great one! Very attentive and helpful.

We had a great stay at the hotel in Jaffna. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, new, and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was also always good. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!
