Excellent hotel with very polite staff special mention for Ms. Dasuni and Ruhani at the reception. They were very helpful, kind and very professional. Food was also very good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The pool was awesome, someone planning to come with a family will be a good decision. Very peaceful area.Thank u team Grand minaro.

The location was excellent, with easy access to Battaramulla, Colombo and nearby areas. The hotel room was clean, modern and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and made the room very comfortable, especially on hot and sunny days. The hotel also had a lift and good facilities. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they were always happy to assist with anything I needed.

From the booking stage onwards, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even arranging an early check-in for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay truly pleasant. We also appreciated how they thoughtfully arranged and delivered dinner to our room on our behalf, without any additional charges. We will definitely visit again.

Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was excellent and very attentive, helpful and always there if you need them
