Great location, with a surf beach within walking distance. The rooms are extremely well designed, and the suite offers a stunning sea view. The rooftop view is also incredible. The owner, who is Italian, welcomed us very warmly and prepared a delicious, authentic Italian meal using high‑quality ingredients, complete with the perfect atmosphere. Truly unforgettable!

Everything was perfect, but especially the owners were so welcoming and accommodating to all our requests. As two friends traveling, we kept on changing our travel plans and what was meant to be a 3-night stay ended up being a two-week stay at AYA, which was so so lovely - perfect location near Kabalana beach which is my favourite in the area. Will certainly be coming back!

Wonderful place, would definitely recommend! First of all, the staff was really kind, gave us a really nice welcome with welcome drink, and they were very helpful during our stay, among others by arranging transport etc. Everyday, there were new bottles of water and coffee pads waiting outside our room. The place is brandnew (only 2 months), the rooms are very clean, good atmosphere and above all: the clean bathroom with hot shower! The location is a little remote, which was nice because there was no hectic of all the cars and with the staff showing us a walking shortcut, only a +- 5 min walk to the center. Thankyou! Would definitely stay again, especially with this price/quality.

A place where you really relax. Nice surroundings, nice yard. Spacious, bright rooms with everything you need. Each room had a clothes dryer at the entrance. Amazing pool with cool lighting. Friendly staff. Not far from the city center. A good breakfast, including a large fruit platter. In the evenings, a curry buffet is prepared. Thanks to the crown breeze team!

We stayed there for 11 nights and had nothing to complain about. The bathtub on the balcony was something we used several times and it was definitely one of our highlights. Housekeeping was also done extremely well and everything was very, very clean.
