The location is absolutely stunning, with a balcony that looks out over the most breathtaking view. The chalet was charming, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a pleasant bathroom and shower. The full board meals were exceptional. I can’t stop thinking about their Sri Lankan breakfast, and the ice cream was unforgettable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I had the best stay at Villa25, with lovely hosts always smiling and there for you if you need anything ! The breakfast and diner cook by the mum is so yummy ! And very cheap ! The place is beautiful and quiet in the middle of the jungle 🌱♥️ You can book for a tour around Kandy with the son. I even went for a walk around the neighbourhood with his dad and I had such a good time with him 😊 I felt so peaceful there thank you so much for this amazing stay ! ✨🫶🏼 I highly recommend Villa25 ♥️

We spent two nights in two rooms, both were excellent, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Location is great as it is close to the back entarance of the temple of the tooth so you can get to the city while avoiding the traffic. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of dishes local and continental. And every day the owner insisted on giving us more food to take for lunch. Finally the host was amazing, we were lucky to stay there when the owner was there. She was so welcoming and did everything in her power to make sure we have everything we need. Thank you for a great stay!

For us it was an amazing week that we did not expect the peace of the place, and the ease of getting around. Asela drove us to Kandy any time, we didn't know is was so close, and the drive so easy. It was actually nicer for us to be out of the city and Ascela took us around at a very low cost, we used messaging and always on time to meet us. Restaurants are interesting in town but we enjoyed eating at the home-stay because the food was very very good & healthy, such a beautiful place to look over the valley & their own vegetable & herb garden! We liked going on walks, magnificent views, and Asela actually gave us a little hiking tour! In Kandy, there are tourists like us- at Tedro we had privacy, but also felt part of the community when we took walks. There is a TV but we never used it. We will be back, some day, and we do recommend this precious experience to anyone that wants good food, good sleep (the bed is great, view is really nice) access to town& the sights. In fact, we ended up going on a longer excursion to Siguria with Asela as our driver! He kindly got us there and back safeley, and gave us a lot of space for personal privacy as we did our own exploring. He is a very good guide and his family - downstairs from the room & porches - is respectful.
