Awesome stay in Fes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even did my laundry! Rooms were the perfect size and the AC worked well. Breakfast was generously portioned. Location is great, down a quiet alley away from a busy street and not a far walk to the Medina. Some nice restaurants nearby also.

A true Fes experience. It was a great stay and we already miss the place. The riad located in old medina area, which is highly recommended to stay in. Very near from all the city attractions, almost 7 minutes walk to The University of al-Qarawiyyin, 5 minutes form the famous Bab Boujloud. Mariam was very welcoming and helpful, Mohammed, as well as the team :) The riad itself is a nice place, stunning, quiet, very clean, the architecture itself looks new and it takes you back to old times.  The breakfast is home made and very delicious with variety, it was really a nice and unique experience with the surrounding architecture. If you have a heavy language, they can easily arrange help to reach out to the taxis area. Definitely Highly recommended.

The service is exceptional. We were treated with utmost hospitality, making sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our time in Morocco. We had problems with ticket bookings and they helped us by doing calls and inquiries for us and even referring us to the right people. Very exceptional service. Kudos to Ibrahim, Omar, Mohammad and the 2 beautiful ladies Rislan. All praise also to the chef Omar for the wonderful food. I will keep coming back to the Riad Green every time I am in Morocco and will definitely recommend this place.

We met the best and amazing people in this Dar. they were very courteous, warm and helpful. This space is also situated in a good area that is easy enough to find within the maze of Fez Old Medina. I also had the best Moroccan mint here.

I had a wonderful time here, the place has just opened a few days ago, but everything already feels so well thought out and welcoming. The concept is charming, the atmosphere is calm, and the design is absolutely lovely. The owner was incredibly kind, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The kindness of the staff and the overall support on any request. Hind and her team offer high quality standards regarding excellent service. The park is very well organized, the bungalows have been maintained and upgraded in comparison with previous years. The Aquapark with all the pools is enjoyable for our family, as the temperatures in Fes are high in the summer season. We will come back again for sure, as we are visiting this park for more then 10 years. The best start for our yearly roundtrip Morocco! The kids love this place.

The apartment is big, clean, and safe for the kids to play around. The kitchen have a lot of utensils, so we saved a lot by cooking in the apartment. The place is very calm and kids can play in the small garden place opposite the street. There are a lot of shops around and restaurants. Place to recommend to family or group of friends. The owners are very available Very great value for money

The riad is very family friendly. Kids could play over the many levels and had a lot of fun. Food was excellent. The rooms were great and beautiful, with many nice details like warm covers. The staff was very friendly and responded fast to our requests. We already have been to great and expensive riads in Fes and although this riad is simpler in its architecture, the experience was so good that it is now our favourite in Fes.

Beautiful riad just in the medina of Fes. Easy to reach from where the taxis stop. The staff are lovely helpful young people. They organise guides, tours, transfers and cooking classes. The breakfast is huge and tasty. You can have it on the terrace or in the patio. Also other meals are available and delicious. There is a little bird family living inside the riad which my children loved. During our stay the baby bird learned how to fly:)

The location is really great. Close to the gate to the medina so it's easily accessible. There is a larger parking nearby. Mother and son are pleasant hosts. On Friday, the lady offered us their traditional Friday dish - kus kus. The son helped arrange a taxi to the airport. A family with small children lives in the accommodation, so the accommodation is ideal for getting to know the typical life of a Moroccan family in the Medina.

Overpriced hotel, pool is packed with people and kids- sure its a family hotel but it doesnt feel hygienic. Hallways smelled like sewage, buffets overcrowded. The staff of moroccans were actually really lovely - I think this hotel needs better top level managers to streamline its business better.
