My chauffeur was already there and easy to find. Very helpful staff. And the owner is very sweet. Excellent communication. Very clean room and delicious breakfast too. If you need anything the owner will always help you and go above and beyond. Very recommend to stay there for a sweet, hassle free, comfortable stay. Very trustworthy staff. I received an exceptional upgrade of which was great. Every service in the hotel was very good, staff was very welcoming, helpful and so nice. I would love to say big thank you to Mr Reda, Ms Meriem and especially to Ms Najat and Mr Nizar for their wonderful hospitality. The best thing about traveling to Oujida was staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend a true Moroccan highlight.

The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Very friendly staff that helped us so much. WiFi is very fast too, and the best thing is its location, the hotel is located in the center of the city and everything you need is right next to you.
