I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received was more than wonderful , professional, and genuinely heartfelt. The team made us feel cared for in every possible way. We were traveling as a family and unfortunately became unwell during our trip, but the care and attention the staff showed us were truly remarkable. The team consistently checked on us, ensured we were comfortable, and offered help with such sincerity and kindness. You even arranged for a doctor to visit us, and thankfully we recovered afterwards. It felt like we were being looked after by people who genuinely cared, not just doing their jobs. The hotel’s cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable despite the circumstances. Jeg elsket at bassengene var litt kjølig så man kunne avkjøle seg i varmen, og alle de ansatte var kjempe flinke og var på ekte interessert og hjelpsomme. De som jobba på resturantene var kjempe flinke alle sammen; alt ble rydda opp kjempe fort og de hjalp med alt. Og det var skikkelig mye gøye ting som skjedde, på kveldene for barn, ungdom og voksne. Og det er folk som jobber med å plante og i hagen, og folk som vasker vinduene til en hver tid, det er skikkelig bra, alle som jobber der er kjempe flinke:)))))) Jeg kommer definitivt tilbake!!!!’
