Location, facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were absolutely exceptional! Everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Food at the restaurant on the ground floor was great and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning although we had lots of food options nearby. The hotel didn’t have a designated part of the beach directly in front, so getting to the beach where we had the lounge chairs & sun umbrellas included in our price, normally took about 5 minutes to get to. It was totally acceptable. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable, with super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything seemed very new and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the entire hotel was, and especially the rooms. I felt there was a lack of privacy in the bathroom located in the master bedroom. It’s a little weird that only a somewhat frosted glass and a curtain separate the toilet area from the bedroom, but I guess I missed a memo on current modern design. Our bathrooms didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was amazing with unbelievable water pressure! My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to returning to Boutique Hotel Shell very soon.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Petrovac and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location is perfect, being very close to the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the hotel are absolutely fantastic, offering a picturesque scenery that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Petrovac. It's a perfect blend of great location, stunning views, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Attentive host and family. The property is location towards the top of a road in a small neighborhood, making the sunset views amazing and quiet. I booked 3 nights, and decided to stay 3 more because I felt the location and sunset viewing was top notch. The natural light fills the apartment, and for me, made the apartment feel like a dream. I’v stayed at a lot of places around the Balkans, and I think this is one of the best views you can get for the price. It’s good to have a car, the road leading up is a cement road, with parts of it narrow for a single car — but this is fairly standard for all Balkan neighborhoods. You will get better at driving if you driving in the Balkans ;) Bed are comfortable, pillows are super comfy, nice garden around, and 3-4 good restaurants within 10 min drive. Lots of walks nearby, even free beaches if you look carefully. The more touristy options are also close, Budva being 20 mins away by car. Highly recommended.

The room is very comfy and clean. The host and staff were welcoming. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the lovely beach of Petrovac and 3 minutes from a good supermarket. (They say a farmers market is nearby; however, we stayed only one night, so we did not visit it.) Convenient free parking. A good standard breakfast.

Clean, quiet apartment. Comfortable bed with nice covers. Overhead rain shower with good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Good closet space, lots of light and strong wifi. Loved having electrical outlets on both sides of the table and chairs for charging while using devices. Private parking just outside our apartment door. Very short walk to several grocery stores. Super easy check-in and good communication via WhatsApp with the host before our stay.
