We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Franco, the owner of the property, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed—be it planning tours, arranging transportation, or ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite arriving late at night after the kitchen had closed, we were welcomed with fresh and delicious fruit along with a soothing cup of tea, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was truly sensational—one of the best we've ever had! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and well-trained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch experience.

I did not eat at the bungalows. I liked the location as it was a short walk to the beach. However, its not very well known and no one knew where it was located.

Breakfast was good. Large room, quiet, great location.

The location is amazing (like all the near islands). Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Great excursions. Great value for money. The hotel is basically a paradise. We would definitely come back.

🌴 Tsara Beach Hotel in Nosy Be was a serene slice of paradise—immaculately kept and perfectly positioned for relaxation. 💫 Manager Manon and her exceptional team made our stay unforgettable with their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. 🌅 From sunset views to seamless service, every moment felt like a celebration of care and comfort.

The staff, clean rooms, excellent food and responsive help.

The location is exceptional. It’s on the “right side” of the Island where you will see the stunning sunsets daily. The staff will do anything to please you and make sure you have a wonderful vacation. The food is very delicious with only the best local ingredients. The restaurant is overlooking the waterfront and beach. The rooms are modern and very functional. We had a bungalow next to the water. Very nice bed. Air conditioning worked very well. We signed up for 3 tours the hotel offered. All reasonably priced. We visited the very famous island where the amazing sand dunes are. The turquoise water is surreal. We also had a great encounter with the wonderful lemurs. They include a bbq lunch on the beach. Most delicious sea food caught that morning. We also visited “Hell Ville” with a guide. The local market is not to be missed. Lastly we snorkeled with 8 huge turtles and lots of colorful fish. The hotel arranged a round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel. Around 40 USD each way per car. Very convenient. Travel time around 45 min each way.

We spent 19 nights travelling around Madagascar and Anki Lodge was hands-down our favourite place. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling – they really made us feel at home. But the absolute highlight was the food: honestly the best meals we had during the entire trip! Fresh, delicious, and full of flavour every single day. The lodge itself is set in a beautiful, peaceful environment with a lovely garden and a great swimming pool – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Special mention to the owner who is wonderful: warm, attentive and clearly passionate about making every guest’s stay special. If you’re visiting Nosy Be (or anywhere nearby), don’t think twice – stay at Anki Lodge. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ampasoa beach is an absolute gem! We chose Sakatia to be off the main island, away from the buzz and hustle, but still be at a good central base for excursions. It was a GREAT choice! The owner Soa, who lives on the property is a master organizer, and treats all of her guest with such royalty. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure you are taken care of. Small details, turn downs, the hot flask at night, finding us wherever with the menu for orders, really made us feel incredibly special. The accommodation is really nice! The bed and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are clean and kept clean on a daily basis. You have hot showers always, and a clean supply of towels. The wifi is strong, and reliable. We really enjoyed exploring our way through your menu, and never had a bad meal. Thank you Soa and team for all the arrangements, excursions, and exceptional care during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

The owner and the staff are extremely helpful, the balgalows and the common areas as nicely decorated and very clean, food was good too, not too far from the centre, and last but not least the internet was pretty good for Madagascar and there is even a nice studying corner where it was nice to work from some days that I needed to.

Very clean and well-appointed Hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing. Customer service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Everybody is willing to help. Kudos to the management and especially Edwina- The front desk manager and the owner. Took great care of everything. Highly recommend!

The location, the owner, the staff, the price and the views. WiFi was great. Definitely would stay here again and we did.

The property was absolutely beautiful and tranquil, an undiscovered gem.

Location on the beach, close to all activities. Thiugh the local water and electricity networks might be lacking, the staff goes above and beyond to let it be felt by the customers.

Nosy Be Hotel and Spa is a gorgeous property right on the beach with great amenities (pool, bar, restaurants, boutique). Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Really helpful and nice staff and location is comfortable not far from the Ambondrona beachfront, quiet and relaxing.

Great location, calm quiet with good food.

The location was good and staff friendly. The rooms have a nice view on the sea and pool.

This is a small hotel right on the beach in Ambondrona, a lovely stretch of sand. It's great value for Nosy Be. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Some of the staff speak English, and everyone was able to communicate in clearly spoken French. The owner arranged an excursion for us to Nosy Komba and Nosy Tanikely at a fair price. The restaurant isn't overly expensive and the food was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable although it's by no means luxurious. There's tons of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very welcoming-personable manager/owner upon arrival. The location/spot is breath-taking as it looks in pictures. We used the gorgeous view pool multiple times, and food and service were great. Possible to walk (long) off the road to NW peninsula, but a bit uphill and nearly everyone arrives with a Tuk-tuk, moped, or taxi. Cabins are cute, ask for a “Comfort Cabin” (a bit more panoramic view positioning. A walk down the slope to the beach I estimate would be ~10 minutes, … We chose to rent a moped for two days and go around the island and to end of peninsula. The owner was great with contacts and suggestions.
