Lavalse Hotel was a great base for touring Busan. The views from our 16th floor were fantastic overlooking the city and the port. While we didn’t use the public transportation system everything in Busan, including all the renowned beaches, were easily accessible by taxi and not expensive at all. The hotel itself was beautiful and even produces their own craft beers! The rooftop patio was incredible with views 360 degree views of the port. Every evening, just outside the front door of the hotel were pop-up food stands offering daily catches from the local fisherman surrounded by tugboats and the port. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Busan.

3 days in Busan is prefect for an visit.
3 days in Busan is prefect for an visit. There are nice places to visit. The only negative aspect is the distance between the locations. With the bus or metro is long. A good option is to take a taxi sometimes.
We visited: the beach with Sky tower, the sky trains, Gamcheon cultural village, Itcheon trail, temple, markets

Lovely city and lots to see and experience.
Lovely city and lots to see and experience. The subway is a great way to get around and see all attraction sites. There are a lot of pubs and restaurants in the centre of the city to choose from. If you want to find larger shops for groceries etc. then it's just a 1,5 km walk and the nearest Lotte Mart will have everything you need.

Busan is more chill than Seoul, however it had lovely beaches, good seafood and villages. We loved visiting the villages and checking out the restaurants and would have loved more time to discover more places like Songdo and the mountain areas.

At the time I went there was only one day when it rained all day but the room I had was big enough to not make you claustrophobic all the other days were either warm and so could go to the beach area not far on the train or cool in the morning but once the sun was up a bit it was pleasant and good to be outside. The train system can take you anywhere and it isn’t expensive either 1700 or 1900 Won there se wonky 2 fares. You can go to the casino at the tourist area the beach or high end shops and local markets for groceries and other eating experiences each suburb has its own little traditional market area which are interesting to walk around even the airport is accesible by rail for the same fare of 1700 or 1900 Won depending on how far away you come from soma pleasant place to visit.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They recommend me to take a bus ride to Songdo bay station for the busan air cruise ride. We are able to see the beautiful view along the coastline. We cross the three bridges, the gwangangdaegyo bridg, the hangdaegyo bridge & the namhangdaegyo bridge. The scenery is awesome. The cable car ride is fun. All visitors to busan should take this bus ride from Haeundae beach to songdo. Thank you to the hotel recommendation.
Hotel is placed in the great area: close to Haeundae beach, main food street, all entertainments and the subway. Excellent size of rooms are suitable to stay with family. The hotel building is new and therefore perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly, ready to solve all problems even by the phone before our stay. We'd like to recommend hotel to families as well as single travelers willing for rest at the beach and Busan with nearby attractions sightseeing!
The hotel was super clean and spacious in our triple room. Even the bathroom was fit for a queen! My kids thoroughly enjoyed the free Disney Channel and said it was the best hotel they stayed in our entire trip in South Korea!
The location is near all the local eateries and stone throw from the local market where you’re not going to get ripped off on the local produce.
The ocean view is amazing. You can enjoy Haeundae Beach from your room. The room is clean. The hotel is within walking distance to Busan x Sky, Haeundae Market and Haeundae blueline park (Mipo station).
Perfectly located next to both Haeundae subway and Haeundae Beach. The location is bustling with plenty to do in walking distance. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
