Staff so warm, so helpful and support. We were at wedding ceremony there: it was AWESOME. Parking lot is big, also. Few shopping malls are nearby, so it's easy to fill the time with breaks between visiting Skopje's places.

The view is amazing. It is over the city center. And the room was very clean and organised

Stuff is super organized and doing their job very well! Very friendly My recomendetion👍

This is a boutique hotel and each room has a lovely balcony with table and chairs that you can enjoy. The rooms are modern and clean. They also provide breakfast to you on your private balcony, which was lovely!

Everything was excellent. Location, staff, breakfast, gym, room.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Also you could always get free coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet also was very good! There was a little gym and access to an Olympic pool at certain hours which was also very nice. Also the location is good, close to the center but pretty quiet.

Excellent location. Parking on spot, excellent facilities, super polite staff ( kudos to Davor from reception desk). We got a free upgrade for a room with a fabulous view on the city. Sky bar is amazing with phenomenal view, a place for true hedonists to come and relax after a long day (great selection of whiskey and cigars). Breakfast was good. Regarding room comfy bed, good wifi, cable TV.

The room looks beautiful. The jacuzzi is good. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown. I recommend it.

Our recent stay at Hotel Riverside in Skopje turned out to be a masterclass in hospitality under pressure. What was meant to be a routine leg of our trip quickly turned complicated when my wife suffered an unexpected accident, resulting in a fractured ankle. We found ourselves stranded in Skopje, needing to extend our stay on short notice. The staff at Hotel Riverside stepped up immediately, handling our last-minute booking with incredible empathy and ensuring my wife was comfortable from the moment we arrived at the property. The real test of their service came on the morning of our departure during a complex medical repatriation involving two separate medical teams. Navigating emergency logistics in an unfamiliar city can be overwhelming, but the morning front desk receptionist managed the situation with extraordinary calm and grace. She ensured the transport crew had swift, direct access to our room, assisted the paramedics as they carefully evacuated my wife down the stairs, and served as an essential translator between us and the local medical staff. Great hotels are defined by their aesthetics, but exceptional hotels are defined by their people. To both the evening receptionist who eased our anxiety on arrival and the daytime receptionist who coordinated our safe departure, thank you. Hotel Riverside offers far more than a central location along the Vardar river; it offers genuine heart.

Everything was exceptional 👌

Tasty breakfast, excellent location, great room view, very helpful and friendly staff

We couldn't have chosen a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including Macedonia Square, the Old Bazaar, the Mother Teresa Memorial House, and the City Museum. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the self check-in process was simple and convenient. The host was always available whenever we needed assistance, making our stay smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. Excellent value for money and a perfect choice for anyone visiting Skopje. Highly recommended!

- Wonderfully kind and friendly hosts - Most comfortable bed and pillows in Europe - Easy, safe parking for motorcycle - Excellent breakfast - Large room, would be great for longer stays - Great lighting in the room - Large bathroom and shower - 30 minutes walk to downtown - Quiet neighborhood Overall, it was extremely welcoming and comfortable. I would return again.

The key advantage of the hotel is its location, next to Macedonian Square, with all points of interest within walking distance. The hotel is also located in a pedestrian zone, so I was not disturbed by traffic noise in my room. The room and bed were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems. There was a wide selection of breakfast options, including Balkan ajvar and grilled vegetables. The staff was helpful.
